You will definitely have to play before deciding but a lot has been fixed, the fan base still playing is still small but at least they are getting some content to play with.

With the new addition of a brand new free update earlier in the month, Wild Appalachia added a lot of quality of life changes, new weapons, armor, missions, but most importantly a brand new cryptid.

In the update as a whole there was quite a few big additions, some of the more notable is a new legendary gear trader, in order to trade any items you have to give a legendary in exchange, this is great for the people who are just sitting on a hold mine of stuff they dont want anymore. Player vending has tinnaly been added meaning players can now set up shops for other players to use, this is great! Finally walking around the barren waste actually has somthing to look for, stumbling upon a full mansion filled with loot to trade or buy, it slightly makes the world feel more full now that people dont just have tiny shacks with a stash in it.

Finally a true survival mode, a fantastic step in the right direction, turns out someone at Bethesda has been listening to the fans, this mode gets rid of all the stupid restrictions of the normal game, no more normalized stats, no shooting people and not being able to do damage unless they shoot back, and of course more loot.
A new quest line has also popped up but not fully fleshed out yet, finding the secrets of Nukashine is fun, talking to a drunk robot with alot of dialog is definitly a bonus, unfortunately he doesn’t have many missions for you, at the same time you can now brew your own Nukashine and other fine alcoholic beverages.
Overall fallout 76 has been out for quite a while and after constant updates, big content drops, and a more focused team on making the game good, it unfortunately is still not great, it’s getting alot better over time but it’s not where it should be, given a couple more months it might be where it should of been on release, for now keep avoiding. For more Fallout news hopefully more cheery then this make sure to stay tuned to Unbiased Gaming.
